Adica, y - f(-1) = f'(-1)( x + 1 );
Avem f(-1) = 3·(-1)^2 - 1 = 3 - 1 = 2;
Apoi, f'(x) = 6x => f'(-1) = -6;
La final, y - 2 = (-6)( x + 1 ) => y - 2 = -6x - 6;
y = -6x -4;
