It is not acceptable. The way these guys treat calves is unbelievable. The calves are taken from their mothers when they are only two weeks old. Furthermore, the calves are put in veal crates, which are basically small dak cages with concrete floor and no staw. What is terrific about this procedure is that, the calves cannot even turn round or lie down comfortably. And it's not over, because it is not enough cruciality, they even put them on a liquid milk diet, which is disgusting, there is more water than milk and to more precise, over 90% percent is water. The diet consists on low iron and fibre too.
In the end, the calves are killed by the brutes when they turn six months old. I hope you have a great meal now.
