  • I have been waiting for the bus for twenty minutes.


4) They started building the house three months ago. They're still building it.

  • They have been building the house for three months.


5) She arrived ten minutes ago. She's still standing there.

  • She has been standing there for ten minutes.

Observație:

La punctul 3) traducerea ar fi: „Am ajuns în stația de autobuz în urmă cu 20 de ani. Încă mai aștept autobuzul”. Probabil e o greșeală în manual și nu e vorba de ani, ci de minute.
