the Council is providing temporary housing for citizens of newton after tuesday's a flood damaged hundreds of homes.
The location pf the shelters is the nearby town of Holbrook, and authorities will allow the residents to stay in them until the Council rebuilds their homes.
Late Monday morning the police arrested two men who were selling stolen car stereo systems to unsuspecting costumers.
They seized all the stolen goods and are holding the men in custody.
