Last month i was travelling to Viena with my father.
We where travelling from Bucuresti, with Austrian airlines. after the security check we boarded to the plain and in 2 hours we landed in Viena.
When we went to recover our luggage, se realizez that my suitcase wasn't there.
We asked to talk with someone from the company to try to find out what hapenned with my suitcase. All my chothes where in that suitcase, so i was a little mad about the situation. When a person enters the door with my bag, saying it was an mistake caused by the rush on that day.
I did't complained at all. I was just happy to find my suitcase.
In conclusion a lost suitcase almost ruined my trip.
